Tile and Grout Cleaning
- To begin, we inspect the tile floor for cracks, missing grout, stains, & mold
- Next, we vacuum the tiles to remove the loose dirt.
- We then damp mop the floor.
- Following this, we apply our specially designed tile cleaner with a shower feed machine. This machine scrubs the tiles and grout with a special tile brush, which will remove the ground in soil, grease, and grime, while maintaining the integrity of the grout.
- We re-mop and re-vacuum the floor to remove the loosened soil and moisture.
- We re-inspect for any remaining stains and re-clean wherever needed.
- After this, we apply a penetrating grout sealer. This sealer will protect the grout from future stains, spills, and bacteria growth (i.e. -mold, mildew), and prolongs the life of the floor.
